I'm a software engineering leader with over a decade of experience building reliable systems and guiding teams through complex technical challenges. For most of my career, that expertise served large organizations from the inside. Now, I offer that same depth of experience directly to businesses, churches, nonprofits, and entrepreneurs who need it most, but rarely have access or the means to do it.
My Story
I started as a software engineer working across .NET and web technologies, eventually becoming known for designing scalable solutions and serving as a trusted technical voice on my teams. As I moved into my roles as a technical team lead and engineering manager, I shaped architectural decisions, scaled payment systems, and helped teams through high-stakes transitions like mergers and acquisitions.
Today, I bring that same level of guidance directly to organizations that need custom software or a modern web presence, solving meaningful problems and building systems that hold up over time.

Outside of Work
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family, playing sports, and giving back to my community. I especially enjoy working with churches, nonprofits, and small businesses who may be doing meaningful work with limited resources. I'm here to help!
